Seriously an OUTSTANDING breakfast. Ordered the Caribbean Breakfast and was very pleased. A huge plate of well seasoned potatoes and fresh veggies, with a huge amount of hand cut chunks of real ham (not sliced/processed!), Some cheese and eggs to order on top. You won't go wrong here. I'm visiting from out of state, but when both the Fire Department and the Police also came in for food, I knew this was the place the locals know about.
Driving from Clearlake ,back to the Eastbay. I was on Highway 101. It was about lunchtime and I was getting hungry . I pulled over to finish a few reports and I could smell food being prepared. As I looked up I noticed a small Cafe, I said "well I guess that's what I will be eating". I Googled their phone number and placed my phone order .I parked ,I went inside ,and paid for it ,and they were so nice to come outside and bring it to my van. I drove over to Larkspur and pulled over so I could enjoy this big burger!!! very tasty.
Had to stop and use the restroom when the freeway got too jammed to wait so, detoured and purchased some giant cookies as away of saying thank you for one, being open in a very commercial area with limited options; two, for letting me use their restroom and three having very reasonable prices and a friendly demeanor. Oh, the cookies were great, too!
My family and I recently moved into the neighborhood and stumbled across Redwood Cafe, and it has quickly become one of our favorite local spots. Although they’re only open from 6am–3pm, this is absolutely a place you can’t skip out on. They offer a great selection of breakfast and lunch options, plus a Greek menu that gives you even more to try. One of our favorite things is that they rotate different soups almost daily—there’s always something new and comforting. The owner, Leo, and his entire staff are truly wonderful and make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The cafe itself is small, cozy, and full of locals who clearly love being there—you can feel the happy, community vibe while dining. Redwood Cafe consistently goes above and beyond with customer service. I often bring my mother with me, and they genuinely treat people like family. We love this place so much that we try to stop by at least once a week. Thank you for the delicious paninis, amazing soups, and the great selection of desserts. We will absolutely continue supporting local businesses like Redwood Cafe!
Soft warm croissant, meaty bacon, yolky egg & pepper jack cheese. This is the perfect breakfast sandwich. So good I dug in before I took the pic!
It's a great place to have breakfast or lunch. I always get the egg sandwich with sausage with a coffee and I've never been disappointed. They have regular coffee and espresso! Great service, good pricing. Lots of windows, good lighting.
The food and service is great. Please use their patio to enjoy.
Best breakfast burrito I've ever had!! I’m sad I only visit the area every few months and lately on a weekend day (when they’re not open) or I’d get this burrito regularly. The person at the register was very nice and outdoor patio was cute.
